A Norwegian team headed by Mr. Torbjorn Urfjell, Political Adviser at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, paid a courtesy visit to NEFEJ on October 31st 2006.

The other members of the team included Ms Live Bjorge, Head of Programmes Department and Ms Grete Thingelstad, Head of Administration Department of Fredskorpset of Norway.

The team members were briefed about NEFEJ's activities by Executive Director, Mr. Om Khadka.

The team also held discussion with NEFEJ's officials regarding North-South Exchange which is being organized between NEFEJ and Future in Our Hands (FIVH) and other issues of bilateral interests.

The NEFEJ's officials present at the meeting were President, Mr. Sahaj Man Shrestha, General Secretary, Ms Sangeeta Lama, Treasurer, Mr. Tikaram Rai, Former President and Executive Member, Mr. Laxman Upreti, Executive Committee Member, Dr. Mukesh Chalise, Executive Director, Om Khadka, Director of Audio Visual Department, Mr. Rabindra Pandey, Station Manager of Radio Sagarmatha, Mr. Mohan Bista, former Presidents, Mr. Aditya Man Shrestha and Bhairab Risal and other staff members of NEFEJ.
