With honor of SC's order Ministry of Information and Communication on Wednesday (14th December) returned all equipments of Radio Sagarmatha FM, which were seized from the radio station on November 27.

NEFEJ's General Secretary, Bhupendra Basnet had filed the petition in Supreme Court. It ordered government to allow for broadcasting the BBC service from Radio Sagarmatha F. M. - the first community radio station in South Asia.
