Media Training Centre (MTC) of Nepal Forum of Environmental Journalists (NEFEJ) successfully conducted one week training on "Photojournalism Training/Workshop on theme of 'Indigenous and Marginalized Community" in Birgunj.

The objective of the training was to develop knowledge and skills to operate digital camera and enhance the issues to capture the images of indigenous and marginalized community on photo journalism point of view.

The training was organized with support from Rosa Luxembourg Foundation, Germany.

The objective of the training was to develop knowledge and skills of media professionals to make familiar with online media and to understand the issue of post conflict and human rights.

The objective of the training was to develop knowledge and skills of journalist to sensitize the issue of urban solid waste management.

नेपाल वातावरण पत्रकार समूहले बनाएको वृत्तचित्र 'पहिचानको खोजीमा धिमाल' चौथो नेपाल अन्तरराष्ट्रिय आदिवासी चलचित्र महोत्सवमा स्पेशल मेन्सन अवार्डबाट पुरस्कृत भएको छ । विराटनगरलाई केन्द्र बनाएर टेलिभिजन पत्रकारिता गरिरहेका पत्रकार मोहन मानन्धरले निर्देशन गर्नुभएको वृत्तचित्रले आधुनिकतासँगै मासिन लागेको धिमाल भाषा, संस्कृति, परम्परा तथा मेटिन लागेको जातीय पहिचानका विविध पाटालाई समेटेको छ ।
